Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. After I approve a PR, if nobody commit after, I would like to see my approve check in the list of pull request preview

Describe the solution you'd like Show the action I've taken in the PR list

next to the names can be added an (approve/wait-for-author,...) icon to let me know PR that I have already seen and approved

The user icon should be mark with a green border - can you try to refresh the list ?

It seems working right inside the pull request, but it will be very useful to see it in the previous page, the list page, so that I don't need to enter to every PR all the time.

I ask that because if I approve 10 PR and then somebody create another one, I wish to see approved PRs just looking at the list, so I will easily find the PR I have still to approve.

here it is written when it's merged but not when it's approved
