Installer suggestion #286

Nice to see an offical installation package.

Anyway, one little suggestion:  Can the installation of the assembly into 
the GAC be optional?  It's a pain in the ass to remove them after the fact 
(at least on Vista with UAC enabled).

Not going to do this, because it makes the installer basically pointless. You 
can
build your own installer or use the zipped binaries of SlimDX instead if GAC
installation is objectionable.
