Theta Series

Figure out what are we missing and write out some examples that can also be used as tests.

A few things missing:

• write tests (e.g. theta series as Eisenstein series)
• introduce spherical polynomials -> gives non-parallel weight
• introduce characters

Improvements:

• running too slow, even in small weights

Until theta series are proven to be a bottleneck, I wouldn't worry about speed!

In July 2021, I declared that something was fishy perhaps related to the transition from bb to bbp, but I honestly don't recall what exactly.

Maybe we should add more tests, to understand what is wrong :)

I have removed the comment about the fishiness, as I can't really find the issue.

I don't think anything is fishy anymore! I fixed the issue that was present for Q(sqrt(2))
