Unable to save new providers

Hello, Thank you for taking time to develop this connector indeed. I do however face the following situation:

• Download & unzip : OK
• Install & activate : OK
• I can press the "+" to add a new provider.. .but there is no "Save" button?

This seems weird as all mandatory fields were properly filled-in. Checked with 3 types of providers...

Can you have a look? And a fix :) ?

Forgot to mention: Running GLPI 10.0.7 on Debian 11 & 10 (same story)
