added section on installing with micromamba

Hi @SethMusker , I just have a question, why do you prefer microbamba to mamba?

Hi Edgardo! No real reason except that it's lightweight and has worked for me on two different HPC clusters. I haven't tried installing captus with mamba.

Feel free to reject the pull request. This was mainly for my own future reference.
