Research timepicker to match actual implementation instead of documented #19

The timepicker for materialize that was recently introduced has poor documentation on what methods are available and the template appears to be off when using it -I've adjusted the template so it should render properly right now. I can dig into the source code to fully integrate the timepicker component before I release the current milestone.

The picker should match the current version of timepicker now. Any bugs I find will be addressed in patches.
