Make the ML wizard more intuitive #231

  1. Windowing-page: Add units to the time-based windowing (ms, s), enable the hover over the info to see further explanations.
  2. Select classifier: Enable hover over info of the hyperparameters to see further explanations.
  3. Add explanation to each step. E.g. What does the SimpleFeatureExtractor do and when is it useful? Same goes for the Normalization.
  4. Add explanations to each evaluation strategy. Also add info text to the evaluation-pages input box
