Add option for "spread" in shadow popover #114

This was a suggestion from in-app feedback.

We have this, it just might not be obvious. There are two fields at the bottom of the shadow popover; the first is for blur, second is for spread. There are tooltips, but it's confusing because the label only says "Blurring".

Maybe we can change the label to say "Blur/Spread" ?

Ah, yes. That was confusing because the other fields all have labels except for 'spread'. You only know this is spread because of the tooltip.
