Help boxes should go away after interaction #11

Once the indicated interaction has taken place we should hide the box
Keep track of this in the session (localstorage?) and check that before displaying them

@tennety after talking to @nummi it doesn't seem like we need help box 1 or 2. We could add a slight animation to the drag handle and the species list which should make it obvious what you can do with those elements. That leaves the "click on a state" functionality. Maybe we could move that text down to the key where it explains the color scale?

Makes sense. We definitely need some animations/transitions when loading the page.
