Fix multiple precompile issues #43

Properly scan for precompiled assets
Fix bug introduced in fs rewrite
Fix loading dieter options as string
Fixed my issue with #39 but I haven't checked if it also fixes manifest file creation.

I should note that I had to resort to file i/o in order to get inter-process communication to happen. Its ugly, but I couldn't see a better way.

On further testing it hasn't fixed #39 but it does fix everything else.

I've removed the preloading. I think that's all of the issues you've brought up now, but let me know if you're waiting on me to change anything else.
