More markup alternatives? #15

I've been using ghpreview with a number of projects, but came across one today that had an rdoc README.

Github supports a few different markup languages, listed here:

https://github.com/github/markup

Is it within scope of ghpreview to support some of these?

I think so. It shouldn't be too hard since we're already using GitHub's own code to convert the Markdown. It's unlikely that I'll make the change myself since I don't have this use case, but I'd welcome a pull request.
