As of version 0.0.5, the HTML pipeline's Camo filter requires additional context options (:asset_proxy, :asset_proxy_secret_key).

:asset_proxy_secret_key
Several of the other filters now require options as well. May be worth reviewing what's actually needed in the pipeline for this application.
