This is an extracted and simplified part of the complete LiveBeats implementation, which is reasonable to use in the tutorial. So I kept the original license here as well. Could you please point out to me if I need to do anything else in this regard?

@colinhacks hey :) Since the phoenix guide was recently merged into the EdgeDB docs, could this one also be reviewed? There are several references to this project in the guide
