Remove reliance on hardcoded edgedb_bench instance #24

EdgeDB benchmarks now properly utilize the project link established by make load-edgedb. This also allows one to link and unlink the benchmark project to easily switch between EdgeDB versions. This also cleans up deprecated uses of bindings and the CLI.
