Azure e2e fails

This is not related to this change and was fixed yesterday by building new debug images. Using any of the v2.17.0-pre.0.20240513132222-4f1768e6606c images should work (the e2e run was using v2.17.0-pre.0.20240509133801-fffc9db2b574)
