ci: adjust performance benchmark to run on different attestation variants

Context

For now, our performance benchmark test could only run on one attestation variant per cloud. This PR aims to change that.

Proposed change(s)

• Adjust performance benchmark set up, so it can be run on different attestation variants
• Enable perf bench test on Azure TDX and GCP SEV-SNP
