This adds a subtest to the OpenSSL E2E-test for the certificate rotation. The test deploys an OpenSSL backend and a client. It runs the following tests:
Test the connection between client and backend.
Call contrast set, restart the client workload, and try to connect to the backend, which should fail.
Restart the backend as well and test the connection again.
