I noticed the commit URLs in changelogs of EdgeX hypelink a hash and point to "commits" instead of a "commit". I think the URL should point to a single commit instead.
So, for example, the URL is
https://github.com/edgexfoundry/edgex-go/commits/db608d2 pointing to commits until this hash
Instead of:
https://github.com/edgexfoundry/edgex-go/commit/db608d2 which points to the single commit
Also, it would be nice to remove the # from the commits link text to distinguish between PR (#XX) and commits (hash).
