docs: Clean up descriptions

Point lincense link to latest rather than old version of docs. Removed Published image artifact details: https://nexus3.edgexfoundry.org which references Nexus3 Removed (cont.) from all Quick reference Remove redundent soure code reference that points to Attribution file.
