Coordinate the installation and configuration of the Github branch source plugin in Jenkins with the Linux Foundation. Current plan is to have the production instance scan for "Jenkinsfile" and the sandbox instance to scan for "Jenkinsfile.sandbox" This way we can keep our current workflow of using the sandbox to test new jobs.
