Update edgex-go JJB to inject env variable for tests of APIv2 #547

Due to the way the edgex-go repository is structured there is an additional env variable requested in the Jenkins environment. Requesting the root of the repository to be added.. in Jenkins this should be the root of the WORKSPACE... See failing build: https://github.com/edgexfoundry/edgex-go/pull/2285
