device-service can't get custom profiles and devices on TAF tests #343

Affected Services [REQUIRED]

The issue is located in: device-services ### Description and Minimal Reproduction [**REQUIRED**] TAF tests need to use the custom profiles/devices, but it get pre-defined data.
