BREAKING CHANGE: Add EDGEX_ prefix to ADD_SECRETSTORE_TOKENS, ADD_REGISTRY_ACL_ROLES, ADD_KNOWN_SECRETS, ADD_PROXY_ROUTE, and IKM_HOOK variables
