Move remote deployment guides under new How-To section
Removed obsolete tables of devices services
Removed duplicate Go SDK API file (fix links)
Tweaks to structure/naming in mkdocs.yaml
Fix Titles in some docs for consistency
Added placeholder for the ProtocolDriver documentation
Added placeholder for the Device Profile documentation
Added placeholder for the Device Commands documentation
Added placeholder for the Device Definition documentation
Added placeholder for the Auto Events documentation
