helm deployment: Validate on OpenYurt #13

OpenYurt project has adopted EdgeX foundry as part of its service offering (as reported on TSC call on 5/11/22).

Need to make sure we validate our Helm charts on OpenYurt, or at least understand the OpenYurt integration.
