Support how to test device-mqtt #845

Hello everyone, I saw in edgex-taf have test device-service in more detail that is device-virtual and device-modbus. But, my project has a device-mqtt so how to create configuration.py if the data is type json.

@SavantEVO You can follow the Add Configuration section to add device-mqtt configuration and profile files
