Renamed testplan and added variables to properties file

• Renamed the testplan file to 'support-logging.jmx' based on Cloud's input.
• Removed the file property reader from testplan file.

@Walt-Intel could you please provide the high level test case? or, we don't know the baseline to review jmeter/script/testplan/support-logging.jmx
