We will be migrating to the Jenkins Github branch source plugin in Geneva. We need to check for any incompatibilities in the current Jenkinsfile.

Note: Need to add labels geneva, phase 1. I don't currently have permissions in this repository to do this.

Closing this issue since there isn't a working job in Jenkins anymore
