Update README.md to improve deployment instructions #76

Updates the readme file to include clearer instructions on deploying the security service from Nexus or in a development environment, including adding a user, retrieving an access token, and making a request to the reverse proxy.

While these changes are great, I wonder if we should instead just port the updated instructions to edgex-go at this point since security-api-gateway AIUI has been fully migrated to edgex-go and update the README here to point to wherever the edgex-go docs live.

Per @anonymouse64 point above, maybe put this content into a new file in edgex-go located at edgex-go/cmd/security-proxy-setup/README.md
