Final report #36

So, I think we are ready to leave the COVID notebook in a more or less finalize state, after Steve made some very helpful improvements to optimize the code, and I narrowed the questions being asked. @Frijol you mentioned wanting to get back to code reviews...I'd appreciate any further thoughts on context to add (apart from the blog post we'll write) and fine-tuning the visuals.

The notebook is now meant to be run straight through with no user selections - it's more documentation than interaction.

@ericnost what's the next step for this notebook? Some of these comments are about analysis/presentation (ok to skip as long as we're writing up a report of some kind); some are more about labeling (would want to see them resolved before making the notebook public)

@Frijol - Need to take numbers and charts and start adding them in to the report https://docs.google.com/document/d/109zOmJlaXxmLcpyi8Q_tm5E3PsIlNEfhSqSzKCZy6l8/edit?usp=sharing

So, the labeling issues need to be resolved, but the analysis/presentation will be in the report itself I think
