It would be good to go to the facility's ECHO page directly from its name in the list of top violators.

@shansen5 Do you mean to put a link inside the plot? Because, that's impossible since the plot is an image.

I need to rethink this issue. These graphs come from the ECHO_EXPORTER data, not from one of the detailed data sets (field descriptions of which are already linked in the text cell between cells 5 and 6). The field descriptions for ECHO_EXPORTER are in a separate CSV file that we don't import into the database.
