Bar graph in part 5 - y-axis units are dependent upon which program you're running. For some (like enforcements or actions) - no units are needed and only whole numbers should be displayed. For GHGs for example, units should be included and there should be less than whole number units

Bar graph in part 7 - Title of the chart and x-axis labels are unclear to a viewer and I think need to be specific for each program. The x-axis issues could be resolved by modifying the names in the step 4 drop-down menu
