Add more instructions to accessing data downloads #37

I'm struggling with these instructions. I got the files pane open, but am not sure what to do next. Is "..." referring to the three vertical dots that appear on mouseover? Which of the many files should I care about?

The "While you ran this notebook..." sentence reads as unnecessary to me. Could just go straight to: "Want to download the data tables you created in this notebook? Click on the ..."
