Finding this graph a bit confusing. Not sure what to learn from it. And the CD ones are a subset, of the statewide ones, right? Might be helpful to change labeling on "statewide" to "other districts in the state"

Or actually, what if there were just bars for the CD and lines showing mean, median, and mode of districts in the state? Feel like that would be a more meaningful comparison "is my district unusual"

The legend should be labeled "Rest of the state" as you say instead of statewide because the CD is a subset of that.

Or actually, what if there were just bars for the CD and lines showing mean, median, and mode of districts in the state? Feel like that would be a more meaningful comparison "is my district unusual"

To do: still somehow show statewide totals, but add district median, mean?
