Trying to make it easier for people to see a demo – here I have both a sample report added (currently viewable at https://htmlpreview.github.io/?https://github.com/edgi-govdata-archiving/ECHO-by-Zip-Code/blob/sample-report/echo-by-zip-demo.html but the link I gave is for master/should work once this PR merges) and a modification of instructions so people know to try the CoLab.
What do you think, is this clear?
