Get analytics working #255

Attempted to set up google analytics tracking first using https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-plugin-google-analytics/ and then since that might be deprecated switching to https://www.gatsbyjs.com/plugins/gatsby-plugin-gtag/ but not having success & out of hours. If anyone else is interested in taking a crack at it, you’re welcome to! I suspect google doesn’t like that the tags are rendering not-first in the header. Other folks have reported success using react-ga, which I haven’t tried: https://github.com/nfl/react-helmet/issues/334#issuecomment-699954931

oh hm maybe it was working after all? I'm seeing events starting Thursday
