@ericnost @shansen5 do you think this [info about the data we're presenting/provenance] is well covered in the notebooks themselves, or would it be helpful to copy a bit of the text we're drafting for the all-reports page to https://environmentalenforcementwatch.org/data/notebooks/ as well?
Also are we interested in surfacing more data caveats, linking to ECHO's own caveats, giving more info on how enforcement works on the Notebooks page? I know a lot of this info is in the reports, but it occurred to me that we might be leaving out some critical context by simply presenting the tools (even though they give a fair amount of info about the data too).
