Chelsea Creek: investigate EJ impacts up the supply chain

To examine existing data to expand the scope of EPA’s EJ analysis to consider impacts to communities from the refineries that supply these facilities.

• [ ] Investigate whether we can find out which refineries source the oil for these facilities
• [ ] Use ECHO and NAC and SIC codes to find the refineries for Gulf, Sunoco, Irving and Global
• [ ] Download their ECHO data analyze their history of compliance with CWA and CAA
• [ ] Analyze their EJ implications using EJ screen
