We moved the FAQ (see https://datarefuge.github.io/workflow/faq/), could that link in the nav be updated?

@danielballan made a pull request for this and I went ahead and merged it to master so I could confirm it on my localhost.

@b5 We need to discuss our deployment pipeline: who pushes and when? In the meantime, I'm going to make a "Ready for Deployment" label.
