As a first-time harvester at a hackathon, I want to be able to easily find smaller data sets that are not checked out so that I can quickly complete a harvest within the span of a single day.
Possible Implementations could include:
Providing a filter to exclude data sets that are currently checked out
Providing a filter on data set size (even just order of magnitude MB,GB, etc.)
