Notifier for receipt of new protonmail messages #18

To make collaboration of managing a shared inbox more transparent, would be great if halpy could be set up to drop messages into chat when a new email is received.

This would allow processes where the person dealing with it could then mark it with specific reaction emoji, based on them adopting it, or even to mark what sort of content the message contains. (so that other could dig it if it's relevant interest area).

This is not currently possible, but there are some existing feature requests that would make it possible. (Feel free to +1 the requests linked below.)

(For security reasons, we would NOT want halpy to have access to message content.)
