Add a prefix command to link to each command's code #20

A convo with @sharlychan and Mari surfaced the premise that maybe bots should hide some complexity but make it easily interrogable. The thought was to make it easy inline to jump to the code that makes the thing happen, should the person interacting be interested.

Hubot might not be geared toward making this simple. It would probably be modelled after @hubot help command.
