One way to "contextualize" a result is to add search links to each result. These kinks could be constructed around the EIS doc numbers, or perhaps around other metadata or characteristics of the project for which the EIS was created. I would think we could also make more than one link per result -- they might be oriented towards slightly differnt kinds of info.
