It's not EOT anymore -- and it's probably not going to be a "nominating" tool forever. Let's think about the future name.

also, the store description mentions Data Rescue Events; this should probably be updated soonish. The relevant people (@atesgoral, @sonalranjit , @dcwalk , @mi-lee , @patcon ) should now have permissions to update the extensions.
