Confirm status of various event repos #101

We have a bunch of repos listed as related to event preservation. However at least one is no longer an active part of our event workflow.

TODOs to mark this complete:

[x] confirm status of listed repos
[x] mark/update those that are archived and no longer actively used

After review I'm leaving this open for the time being, we'll want to revisit GitHub and repo organization when future of event conversations conclude.
