Create a PoC for self-directed onboarding via Trello, based off of approach pioneered by the very sucessful DemocracyKit project within the CivicTech Toronto community.

Is this issue (and the other demo one #152) pertaining to just demoing the web monitoring onboarding workflow?

Maybe we can schedule these for next weeks meetings if you feel like that timing works?

Hey @patcon ping! Can you update here and on #152 about status? This seems like a small-sized issue I'd love to move forward?

Based on the September 11 Archiving call, I'm marking this as wontdo for now, and we can refile an issue around demoing onboarding as it moves forward.
