Update and script our list of sources for Archiving Coverage Mapping #196

From #119 and meeting on Aug 14 we indicated our intention to:

Refresh our machine-readable list of who has what (coverage repos) opportunity for peer work?

During our September 11 Archiving call, this was indicated as an ongoing and important priority. Moving to the Fall Work Cycle milestone

This has been ongoing, the coverage repo reflects known other sites (and issues reflect adding services for them).

I'm closing this to reflect that we did the research phased and identified it elsewhere, but also want to flag that we did not implement services for them.

I think there is a broader question that needs to happen, coming out of the DT meeting, of the disposition and relationship between DT repos, EDGI archiving work, etc...
