@kmcculloch -- I've started to sketch out a place for some organization-wide project guidelines. Is there something we should add RE: linting, testing, code style aspirationally?

I think it'll be quite trim and we can add to it over time. Also @b5, @danielballan, @Mr0grog , @lightandluck, @titaniumbones thoughts?

(and I've probably forgotten someone so please jump in!)

My bad: since this was addressed to me I thought I was merging this to the archivers.space issues repo. Sorry if I jumped the gun. (Should I even have permissions to merge here?)

I'll type up my ideas on linting in a separate pull request.
