Version Conflict with Confex 3.4.0

Hey Ed I went to use the latest version of confex in my project, got:

Resolving Hex dependencies...
Failed to use "confex" (version 3.4.0) because
  deps/verk/mix.exs requires ~> 3.3.0
  mix.lock specifies 3.4.0

A) Would you like a PR, and if so: B) Should I relax (ie 3.0) or tighten (3.4) the version requirement?

Added override flag to my project in the meantime.

Hey Justin, Thanks for opening this issue!

I think we simply relax it to ~> 3.3 ? so 3.4 and anything above will work (but not 4.*)? Does this sound good for you?
