연결 불가 #2363

感觉电脑端软件不兼容,显示不出选项框,且无法连接平板

字很模糊 选项框全白,也无法选择 无法连接平板 经常未响应 且软件诊断结果说屏幕复制功能有问题

Hello, customer. This is the Easy&Light support team.

First of all, we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

After reviewing the logs and symptoms sent by the customer, there were no logs related to connection attempts in the logs on the PC and tablet sides.

First, please refer to the middle video (Twomon SE usage video) in the link below to check the connection between the tablet and PC via USB.

If it is not connected properly, please check the following.

First, it may be a problem with insufficient power or poor connection in the USB port.
To resolve this, please try the steps below.
1. Check whether the connection between the PC and tablet is normal.
2. Replace the USB cable (if possible, use a genuine cable or a cable capable of data communication).
3. Change the USB port connected to the PC (using the rear port).
4. Connect to an externally powered USB hub.

Second, it may be an error on the PC side and tablet side.
1. Reboot your PC. (Use "Restart" in shutdown option)
2. Reboot the tablet.

Additionally, screen duplication may fail due to issues that may occur in the laptop's discrete GPU environment.

First, try reinstalling to set options in the installer to solve the problem.

If the issue is not resolved even after reinstallation, you can resolve the issue by setting the options of the graphics driver.
Please refer to the link and change the option to “Integrated Graphics”.
